He is an entrepreneur with more than 22 years of business and real estate experience. He is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, capitalizing and operating multi-family assets with a strategy of optimizing long-term cash flow through physical and/or operational value creation.
He began his real estate career by acquiring distressed residential income properties in 2002 in Jersey City, NJ. He extended his real estate portfolio in 2004 to Upstate New York and entered the South East multi-family market in 2010.
Prior to real estate, he worked in technical sales selling ERP Systems. During his freshman and sophomore college years he built a record-winning Student Painter Contractor Franchise. He has worked around real estate all of his life, he began at age 13 by assisting with his family’s construction business.
He earned a MBA in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from Babson College and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He holds CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association. He serves on PTAA’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization.
